A HISTORY OF THE FIRM

Chan & Chan Advocates was established in 1977 in Khoo Hun Yeung Street , Kuching. The partners consisted of 3 brothers, Chan Kay Heng, Chan Khoon Ted and Chan Kay Poh.

Over the years, the firm expanded to have 5 partners in practice with 21 support staff and is now located in 316 Central Park Commercial Centre, Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce, Kuching Sarawak and a branch office located at Lot 471, 2nd Floor, Jalan Nanas, Kuching, Sarawak. We adopt a results based approach to our clients’ requirements, and strictly adhere to the base philosophy that every action undertaken in our work must be within the rule of law.
